· It's actually really healthy sometimes to ask a lot of questions and just be honest with yourself that you don't know everything, and that's okay.
· you don't know what other people think it's often in your own head that you're thinking of stuff, thoughts and scenarios that are not even there.
· So, for me, social media felt like an escape to the world.
