Kalib Stevens

Kalib earned his MBA from Southeastern University and began his career at Lakeland Regional Health, supporting executive operations while studying blockchain innovation. During his time in Lakeland’s arts district, he helped local artists and architects adopt Web3 tools to protect and monetize their work through on-chain verification—an early bridge between creativity and technology. After relocating to Japan, he deepened his understanding of decentralized ecosystems, focusing on the social adoption of blockchain within gaming and virtual worlds.

Kalib’s multidisciplinary background in HR, communications, and community engagement enables him to translate complex systems into relatable stories. At the RYO Project, he channels his belief in accessible innovation, contributing to outreach that broadens awareness and builds connection under RYO’s mission of “Crypto for Everyone.”
