Pierre is Co-founder & Managing Director at NEXT.io

He began his career in the gambling industry at a young age during the early days of the online poker boom. In 2006, he joined the Swedish Poker Federation to lobby for the legalization of poker in Sweden. He then held key roles in prominent B2C online gambling organizations such as Betsafe and Betsson Group, where he managed high-profile hospitality events. Drawing on this experience, Pierre co-founded Ambassadör Events in 2013, a company with a proven track record of over 600 successful events, including the creation of some of Europe’s most popular festival brands.

In 2019, Pierre co-founded NEXT.io, which quickly rose to prominence as the world's iGaming community. NEXT.io is now renowned for hosting major conferences across Europe and North America, while also running the industry’s most popular trade media news portal and podcast, covering the online gambling and sports betting sectors.
