Crypto Wallets Trust Statistics

Did you know that 41% of crypto users don't trust just one wallet? Most of them use two or three for added security? Hello everyone and welcome to the Web3 CMO Stories podcast. My name is Judi Bilast and I'm your podcast host, and today is a solo episode. Actually, I want to talk to you about a few things I'm excited about today.

Speaker 1

Solana launched a bold ad, then deleted it. What happened behind the scenes? I want to seek out the inside story on a marketing decision that sparked debate throughout the crypto community what happened, why, and what it reveals about marketing's role in blockchain adoption. Why does this matter? In Web3, marketing isn't just about selling. It's about shaping culture. So when Solana stepped into political waters then backtracked, it raised bigger questions when is the line between boldness and responsibility in web3 marketing? Who gets to decide what's too far in decentralized spaces, and how should projects respond when they get it wrong? This moment deserves more than hot takes. It deserves an honest, nuanced conversation with the people behind the campaign, and that's why I'm launching a podcast petition to invite Arielle Pennington, the head of communications at Solana, to unpack what happened, not to roast her, but to create a real conversation about marketing boundaries in Web3. The petition can be found on the D-logos link in the show notes, and if you think this conversation is worth having, I'd love your help. Sign, leave a short comment and maybe share it. Thanks so much.

The next project I'm excited about is sintra synergies. Today is april 8th and I did a webinar together a linkedin live with heather hartinger. The replay can still be found on sintintraSynergiescom. The title of our webinar was the Trust Alchemy Framework Tuning Turning Web3 Transparency into Viral Leadership. I gave an introduction to the Sintra segment seminars. This was the first seminar in a row where I not only had Heather as an invite, as a visitor, as a guest speaker. I also talked about other people that are involved on the retreat, like Kim Engelo, who is responsible for the wellness part of the retreat.

Speaker 1

Kim will bring a necessary shift, creating space to breathe. Web3 and AI leadership often means high-speed decisions, endless zooms and a little time to slow down. Kim brings a necessary shift, creating space to breathe, to breathe, reflect and reconnect. Through hikes and optional yoga sessions, she helps you break out of the hustle mode and into a more grounded creative state. Her presence is a reminder that clarity often comes in the quiet and that connection to self and to others is key to sustainable leadership. Whether you're scaling a startup or launching a new product, kim supports the side of you that fuels it all your well-being. And then the other person is Alexander Jeremieff. He will organize two interactive workshops Pitch Lab Master your Pitch Clarity through founder-to-founder reflection and real insights. And Interview Mastery Learn to ask powerful, insightful, driven questions that uncover through founder-to-founder reflection and real insights. And interview mastery Learn to ask powerful, insightful, driven questions that uncover hidden customers' needs and opportunities. He's an innovation expert, product strategist. He is actually founder of the Value Engineering School and he led more than 50 accelerator programs, trained over 500 product leaders.

No-transcript. So during the webinar, I introduced those two people. And then we talked a lot about transparency and trust the significance of it in shifting the standards in Web3. From skepticism to resonance. Talked about a few best practices in content and viral leadership. We talked about the trust mirage Check it out, everyone claims it, but the more you share, the less your audience believes why. Heather talked about challenges and the current trends. Of course, we talked about AI. It's present everywhere today Talking. We talked about AI in terms of a narrative alchemist. It takes raw inputs like projects, milestones, users feedback and even team struggles and transmutes them into micro stories. So fractal storytelling was one of the, I would say, chapters, one of the points that we have been discussing in the webinar, also about AI transparency potential and about social impact.

The goal of this webinar is to give an idea of what we will be discussing at Centra Synergies. Centra Synergies is not only the retreat itself, it's also, yeah, the leadership labs that take place at Sintra Synergies, but also the post mastermind sessions and accountability that you get once you go back to your country or, if you live in Portugal, you go back to your home. That's a really important part of it. But also very important, of course, is the networking connections, community and, as I already mentioned, self-care and renewal. So if you are interested in all of that, you really need to check it out. Also, there is a bonus. If you're now listening to this podcast or if you watch the webinar, if you watch the replay of the webinar, you will see there is a button to get a discount on this replay on SintraSynergiescom and there you will see a button to claim your 200 euro discount. Available, yeah, until I would say until I take the button away. So at the moment it's still there once we will be sold out or there will be almost sold out, of course I will take that button away.

RYO Coin & RYO-Chan Meme Token

Speaker 1

Project three I wanted to talk about actually is rio, the rio coin from Japan. Not only the RIO coin, but also RIO-Chan, which is a meme coin that is in pre-sale this week. So what should you know about RIO-Chan? It's a next generation AI meme token with real world utility, including AI assisted smart contract analysis and portfolio management to protect your crypto assets. The members will hold the title of Founding Rionins so elite pioneers who helped forge the way for others to follow. So Founding Rionins Early supporters, if you want. They will receive insider updates, invitations to community events, better access to the platform features and new tools, exclusive access to limited edition digital collectibles and a founding Rayoline badge marking them as the first warriors of RioChan, riochan, rio-chan. So it's the latest addition to the RIO coin ecosystem. It's a web3 movement blending crypto culture and rewards, part of Japan's digital revolution, and their goal is to make crypto accessible, simple and usable for everyone.

Secrets Vault Crypto Security Report

Check out more about RIO. They have their live wallet launching soon I think it's already launched in Japan by coming soon to the rest of the world For seamless crypto payments. They have the e-commerce mall, a global marketplace accepting crypto, and also the crypto ATM network in Japan. It's already listed on major exchanges and yet the coin has been going up. It went from 1.6 dollar to over 8. If you're interested, let me know. Happy to answer questions about Rio. And then, maybe, last but not least, a secret sold the company I'm advising. I'm helping out as a fractional CMO.

They launched their crypto security report called Inside the Minds of Crypto Users Security, wallets and Behavior in 2025. It's a revealing report uncovering what users really do to protect their assets and why wallets need to evolve fast. Did you know that 41% of crypto users don't trust just one wallet? Most of them use two or three for added security? Defi and investing are major adoption drivers. 80% of users trade and 54% stake. Wallets need to offer more than just storage. 80% of users trade and 54% stake Wallets need to offer more than just storage. And 74% of users still write down their seed phrase on paper. It's traditional, but is it the safest long-term solution? Question mark. So if you'd like to get a report, you can also find the link in the show notes. Like for every project I mentioned, there will be links in the show notes.
